We co-create
We work side-by-side with healthcare organisations to select one high-impact use case and co-design a solution that fits daily workflows. We prototype fast, test in real settings and iterate with the people who will actually use it.

For selected co-creation partners, this stage is typically offered without fees, because we invest when we believe the solution can scale across the sector. In return, we ask for access to domain experts and end-users and alignment on governance and success criteria.
When a prototype proves value, we invest to turn it into a robust product: secure, maintainable and ready to scale across multiple organisations. That means hardening the tech, improving the UX, adding integrations and putting the right guardrails in place.

Our co-creation partners get early access to the product and remain closely involved, shaping the roadmap as we move from pilot to scalable solution.
